Shadrack is a experienced finance, management and business operations expert, with over 9 years' experience working in donor funded projects and SME & Startups Development in Tanzania. He has worked with Management Sciences for Health (MSH), Partnership for supply Chain management (PFSCM),JSI Research & Training, John Snow Inc and M2M Assisting on finances, operations and administration of various public health projects over time to time. With a Bachelor of commerce in Accounting, and Masters in Finance & Investment he is also a Business Development Services trainer recognized by the International labor organization (ILO) and from time to time he has been working with different startups majoring on tax and growth and sustainability of small and mid-sized organizations. Shadrack lead the finance team at Kaypee motors overseeing all finance, Operations and administration issues.
