Hamisi Hamza Mbogo is a leader, public speaker, artist, environmental activist and also an active member toastmasters Poland, He is a degree holder of international relations and economy from Vistula University in Warsaw Poland and a degree in international relations and diplomacy Tanzania Mozambique Center for foreign Relation (CFR) in Dar es Salaam Tanzania. Currently he is serving as a Director of innovation and development of Tanzania Environmental and Community Support (TANECS) whose mission is to empower community to use sustainable and Eco-friendly bags for our environment.and he is also Director of Rahami Agriculture Ltd my main focus at Rail is to plan strategiese forecast and to over see all the Rail projects and make sure that we attain all the projects goals
