Francis Mokili started his career in the Financial Services sector, having oversight on Financial Reporting and Tax Compliance for one of the leading commercial banks in Tanzania. He subsequently joined the National Housing Corporation leading the Collections and Accounting teams at the organization. His prior experience includes working capital planning and management, reconciliation of various streams of transactions and reporting in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards.
Francis joined Selcom at the capacity of the Billing Manager, with the current role having him overseeing the overall financial management of the company.
Francis has a BSc in Accounting and Finance from Ardhi University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-T) with other qualifications in International Financial Reporting Standards (C-IFRS) and a certification in Forensic Investigations from the International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professionals (IICFIP).
