Deusdedith Edward Mulindwa is FINCA Tanzania’s Head of Finance. He is a professional accountant and fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants with vast experience in leading financial strategies to facilitate and initiate organizational growth. Deusdedith is also an associate member of Certified Public accountant under NBAA Tanzania. He has more than 10 years of experience in both finance and external audit.
Deusdedith is a great leader and team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. He is an effective driver of steady and sustainable financial growth for the company. Deusdedith joined the FINCA Tanzania team in December 2018. Prior to that he worked with BRAC Tanzania as the Head of Finance, as well as with KPMG East Africa. In KPMG Deusdedith worked in several roles and brings strong work experience in audit.
Deusdedith has been vetted and confirmed by Bank of Tanzania to head this position in the banking industry. He earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce and accounting as well as holds an MBA from the University of Dar es Salaam.
