Simon Justine

CPA Simon T. Justine is the Chief Finance Officer, (CFO) of Victoria Finance Plc. He is responsible for providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team. Simon started his career journey 10 years ago, with a regional bank with presence in all East African Countries, then progressed to working with a microfinance bank and later worked with one of the big four audit firms, specializing in the audit of a good number of entities within the financial services sector. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), an Associate Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice (ACPA-PP) and an active member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA).
