Zephania, is the Director to the Board of BL Biopharm Enterprises Limited, and Head of Product Development, Research and Innovation Department since 2021, he has been key to refining products formulations, stability, and developing standard operating procedures, Zephania also has more than 21 medical publications and won server awards including the Prof K Lindquvist prize for Excellent Performance as the Best Second Year [2009/2010] Medical student in Microbiology and Immunology at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences, Certificate of Excellent Performance as the Overall Best Final Year Student in Master of Medicine in Otorhinolaryngology awarded at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) in November 2018, and Overall Best Student Across ALL the Four Years of Studies (2002-2005) to mention few.
